How can ManGO! Games help nurture cross-functional collaboration?

On the first day of summer, one lovely country hotel hosted the Mango Pills game session for the operating unit of a major Russian bank.

In this initiative, the ManGO! Games team pursued the following tasks:

• enhance cross-functional interaction and make sure each participant is acquainted with the activities of the other department;
• improve employees' commitment to shared goals;
• hold a smart team-building session to foster the colleagues' communication and motivation.

The game's biggest achievement was immersing participants in a full-cycle production simulation. Following each round, the facilitators introduced new inputs and bonuses – just to keep all players on an equal footing!
