Business games
and training sessions

Developing leaders, teams, and organizations

Corporate learning

Business games provide an excellent way of achieving goals in a group activity, played by certain rules in simulated resource-poor settings.
Corporate training helps to enhance employees' professional expertise by improving their skills and competencies.
The use of online technology enables us to run business games and workshops for remote employees.
Why would you need that for?
  • For trust- and teambuilding
For a group of people to move together toward a common goal, teamwork is one important skill they must develop. And what we have to offer is a whole range of teambuilding programs to foster result-oriented interaction.
  • For unleashing employees' potential
During the sessions, participants are welcomed to explore their personalities and develop a plan of specific measures to reach their maximum capabilities.
  • To bring the team together
Once it becomes a tight-knit community, a team can solve challenging problems, because everyone feels like an integral part of the whole. Training sessions are to bring the group together around a common goal, with everyone contributing to the success shared.
  • For practicing the skills
It's not uncommon for attendees to come to a training session with prior knowledge and skills which they, however, rarely use in their work. Workshops, on the other hand, make a perfectly safe place to try and fail. Here, the cost of making a mistake is much lower than in real life.
  • To change behaviors
Different team members tend to be unaware of their own specific behavioral patterns and therefore fail to understand the reactions of others. The training helps to see opportunities for adjustment and adaptation in an ever-changing world.
  • For enhancing in-house transformation
As the team has to move quickly through the process of change, there is one essential thing to understand: the speed of the whole squadron is always the speed of the slowest ship. And it's the training that helps everyone make a good jump-start to the goal.
