  • First of all, the newly fledged leader is to get instructions, while the rest of the team determines the qualities of a successful leader. A leader's primary role is to set objectives for the team. They have to plan everything: the route through the mountains, score points for reaching the designated target spots, taking pictures of landmarks, and hauling bucketfuls of sand! And all that with limited time and budget. A part of the information can be accessed from the very beginning while getting the rest from the database will require contacting the game host.
  • What the leaders have to do is develop an elaborate game plan to assign a role to each player and get the highest score possible given the known limitations. Will they find a way to clearly communicate their vision of the task? Are they able to work out the most effective route? Can they be supportive, motivating, and inspiring enough to achieve the ultimate success?
