- Nestled in a lovely urban neighborhood, the sports club occupies an old mansion surrounded by a fairly large piece of land (54 hectares). Things, however, are not so rosy - the building needs repair, the area could use some beautification, and some of your old clients have already left for your competitors. The mission of each team is to change the situation by turning the club into a lucrative business and ensuring the growth of membership sales.
- The winning team must demonstrate the maximum profit generated. The players are going to run a sports center in a tough competitive climate, analyze membership dynamics, attract new customers, increase sales performance along with hiring and training new employees.
