A negotiation game demonstrates the importance of proper decision-making and negotiation. The teams build a Stonehenge model of the wooden bricks. The first choice to be made is the type of wood. With four of them available, your team only needs one. What do you choose?

The teams can either buy and exchange blocks from other teams or get those in an auction run by the coach. Just like in real life, the amount of money to complete the task is limited! The winning team will be the one with the lowest costs and expenses.
As the game progresses, the players become aware of the importance of negotiating the best possible terms with other participants. That, subsequently, is to develop their negotiation, interpersonal, and team-building skills.
Once the Stonehenge is finished, the employees will become more efficient in negotiating and more creative in solving everyday work tasks. The game will teach them efficient ways to handle uncertainties and maximize the benefits of group collaboration.
