Together, they must devise and implement a management strategy for the company's better performance.

  • First of all, the participants are divided into 3-6 person teams, the number of which is not limited. There are decisions to be made and strategies to be developed to overcome challenges from different business areas. The goal of each team is to make sure their company has the highest value compared to their competitors.
  • One of the game's main features is its suitability for both experienced employees and newcomers. The scenario allows either rivalry or cooperation between the teams. Every player will have an opportunity to plunge into the specifics of purchasing raw materials, planning, crediting, production, and sales management.
  • The business simulation is intended to improve employees' communication and managerial skills. They will study ways to analyze business situations, work as part of a team, make decisions according to the current situation, allocate resources - all to achieve the goals desired.
