- For the next few hours, the participants are invited to become employees of the Mango Pills company. The production holding's executives have decided to launch a new and promising line of business. And this is exactly what the players have been hired for, to kick-start the initiative. As the game progresses, they must get the business up and running and turn it into a money-making venture. The participants are to take the seats of the company's regular staff and department heads.
- Each period of the game is followed with a debriefing on the required competencies, management logic, core leadership tools, and areas for further development. The final goal is to help the players understand the complexity of managerial tasks while practicing the basic tools of business administration.
