Anna has 10 years of practical experience in staff training and development for major international pharmaceutical companies including Boehringer Ingelheim, Alpen Pharma, Ferrosan International a/s. Over this time, she has held more than 360 training sessions and created over 15 original programs.
Her primary focus is developing management and mentoring programs for rank-and-file and managerial staff. Apart from this, Anna's professional interests include such areas as executive coaching, key customer relations, e-learning program development, preparation and delivery of business games, and facilitation. Anna has also proven successful in creating training programs for complex consultative sales.
